Veekmas RG 281 and Veekmas RG 286

RG motor graders have a renewed rear and reversed transmission system where the gearbox is located at the back of the motor grader. This gives many advantages such as a low cabin noise level, easier maintenance and excellent reversing visibility. Higher total weight guarantees better driving capacity. RG motor graders now also have an advanced Iqan machine control and monitoring system, versatile blade automatism, separate operator setting for different worksite conditions as well as advanced fault diagnostics. As needed, the values and the settings can also be adjusted from the factory.

Compact and powerful RG Motor Graders

Four-wheel drive Veekmas RG 281 and six-wheel drive Veekmas RG 286 are advanced and compact motor graders for road construction and road maintenance. The easy construction of Veekmas RG 286 front wheel drive system, its automated controlling system, and exact anti-slip regulation enable optimal traction in all conditions. The outer turning radiused of Veekmas RG Motor Graders are the smallest in the market.

Well-balanced massive torque and accuracy

The powerful and high torque electronically controlled engine and also the transmission with torque converter and automatic lock-up allow efficient and environmentally friendly operation. The driver can choose automatic or manual gear shift. The rear tandem with heavy construction is designed for continuous high speeds and loads by using only gears with bearings. The small turning radius ensures the usage characteristics which are unmatched when working in narrow environments, such as building streets and real estates.

Advanced adjustable hydraulic control

Veekmas RG Motor Graders’ load sensing hydraulic control is carried out by electronic pre-control. It is controlled by joysticks on the arm supports. The hydraulic controls can be adjusted in accordance with the driver’s anticipations.

Renewed Iqan machine control and monitoring system

The electronic can-bus based Iqan machine control and monitoring system allows a diversified blade automatism and separate settings for different operators. The setting adjustments can also be made by the factory. The fault finding process is also facilitated, thanks to the informative fault codes and remote access to the machine. The middle blade rises automatically when reversing with floating activated. The windrow spreader also rises automatically from operation when reversing. The control of the output of the electrically pre-controlled hydraulic system is stepless and takes place by propo valves. The operator can adjust the maximum speed of the hydraulics according to his needs – especially in conditions which require special accuracy.

Ergonomic cabin

Working with Veekmas RG Motor Graders is always controlled and safe thanks to the advanced ergonomic controls. The tiltable FOPS certified cabin is optional. The ROPS certified cabin has as standard, for example, CD-player, automatic air-condition integrated in the roof, air-conditioned, air-suspended, and heated operator seat, and tinted glasses (as well as heated mirrors in the Nordic countries). In addition to the steering with a steering wheel, the front wheels steering can also be controlled by joysticks. The motor grader has excellent all-round visibility over the entire working area.
