Veekmas FG 7 C

Veekmas FG 7 C has been especially designed for continuous use in arduous underground conditions. It is somewhat more powerful, heavier, higher and wider than its sister model Veekmas FG 5 C. This unique low-profile motor grader has been manufactured paying attention to high performance and low operating costs.

Power and accuracy

The highly strengthened main frame and the chassis together with the wear-resistant components make 10 ton Veekmas FG 7 C ideal for operating in hard rock mining conditions. The technical solutions make it easier to operate effectively in small dimensional and sharply curved mine galleries.

The driving capacity is exceptional for such a small motor grader as its all-wheel drive system is exceedingly efficient. The frame articulating joint is situated in front of the canopy/cabin which eases turning and reduces outer turning radius. The middle blade can make a circle whose diameter is 165 cm.

Comfortable canopy/cabin

The roomy ROPS and FOPS certified canopy/cabin offers safety and increased operating comfort. The instrumentation and the controls are conveniently located and readily visible for ease of operation. These features coupled with the exceptional maneuverability enable the motor grader to be readily operated whilst still maintaining the excellent operator visibility.

Blade shock suspension system

Low oil pressure and advanced hydraulic system with an automatic hydraulically operated blade shock suspension installation give the motor grader increased ability to absorb impact damage normally associated with hard mining circumstances. It means that the middle blade moves up to 10 cm upwards without jumping the motor grader itself when driven over materials too hard to grade down at the desired level, for example, rocks that protrude over the road level. When needed, the system can be switched off.

High standard of equipment

The motor grader has as standard, for example, front blade, fully protected underneath with two bottom plates, front wheels anti-slip regulation, electronic control and monitoring system, versatile blade automatism, adjustable and air cushioned operator seat as well as openable side windows on both sides on a cabin. There is a joystick-steering facility to be used when operating the machine in working speed. Among other things, closed cabin with automatic air-condition and openable side windows on both sides of the cabin, CD-player/radio, automatic air-condition, brakes for front wheels, fire extinguisher systems, oil purification system for hydraulic system, blade teeth frame, and reversing camera system are available as option.
